Weather Policy

  • In the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Director, in consultation with the park Director or owners, reserves the right to cancel or postpone games.
  • We understand the inconvenience of last-minute cancellations and will make every effort to provide timely updates.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If no games are played due to weather, you will receive a full refund of your entry fee.
  • Partial Refund: If games are played and then the tournament is canceled due to weather:
    • Calculate Refund:
      • Determine the cost per game (e.g., 4-game guarantee / $350 entry fee = $87.50 per game).
      • Calculate costs incurred (umpire fees, field fees).
      • Subtract incurred costs from the cost of games played.
    • Example:
      • Team plays 2 games.
      • Cost per game: $87.50
      • Umpire fees: $100 (shared between teams) = $50 per team
      • Field fee: $1,000 / 10 teams = $100 per team
      • Refund: (2 games x $87.50) – ($50 + $100) = $25
